Three steps, and you know what to do next.
Take the test
Your child answers on screen, at home, at their own pace. It adapts as they go, so it finds their real level in about five questions instead of marching them through forty at the wrong one.
Get the report
A score on a stable scale, how it compares with typical for the age, and the named skills that need work - question by question, with the likely thinking behind each wrong answer.
Open your workbook
Made for your child and nobody else. Ten chapters built from the questions they actually got wrong, about one a week, so a whole term of practice goes only where it is needed.
What it is worth
Tutoring is more effective when you know exactly where help is needed.
Most families start paying for help before they know where to focus, hence the first sessions are about finding the right direction.

Each workbook is ten chapters, about one a week, and a school year runs roughly forty weeks - so four of them fill the year, across math, reading and writing. That means, for a fraction of the cost of tutoring, you get a full year of learning materials tailored to your child.
This is not an argument against tutors
A good tutor is worth paying for.

Go in with a report that says fractions and data handling instead of just math, and the time you're paying for goes straight to where your child actually needs help.
